The terms. Short as we could make them.
By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If something's unclear, email us — we'd rather explain than surprise you.
Who you're dealing with
This site and everything sold on it are provided by Have You Heard AI, LLC. Contact: haveyouheardai@gmail.com.
Part 1 — Using the site
It's education, not advice
Everything on this site — the guides, blog, newsletter, sessions and events — is general education about using AI tools. It isn't legal, financial, medical, mental-health, tax or other professional advice, and results aren't guaranteed. See our Disclaimers for more.
Our content
The text, guides, templates, prompts, designs and the "Have You Heard AI?" name and look belong to Have You Heard AI, LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to use what you learn in your own home and share links to our pages. Please don't copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.
Be decent
Don't misuse the site — no spam through our forms, no attempts to break or overload it, and nothing unlawful.
Other people's tools
We talk about and link to third-party tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google and others. We don't control them, they change often, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Part 2 — Buying from us
Digital guides
- Your license: when you buy a guide, you get a personal license to use it for yourself and your household. You can print it and save it on your devices.
- Please don't share or resell it. No reselling, re-uploading, sharing download links, or passing off our materials as your own. If a friend wants it, send them our way — we'd love that.
- All sales are final. Because guides are delivered instantly as digital downloads, we don't offer refunds. If your download doesn't work, a file is damaged, or you were charged by mistake or twice, email us and we'll make it right.
- Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider under its own terms.
Do It With Me sessions
- The 30-minute fridge-door call is free, with no obligation.
- Session pricing, scheduling, and any rescheduling or cancellation terms are confirmed with you in writing (usually by email) before your first paid session.
- Everything we set up lives in your own accounts and devices. You stay in control of — and responsible for — your accounts, passwords, data, and the decisions you make using AI tools.
- Text support covers quick questions and fixes for the period included with your package. It isn't an emergency or around-the-clock service.
- We can't guarantee that third-party tools will keep working the same way; when they change, we'll help where we can within your support period.
Events
- Event details (date, format, headcount and any fee) are confirmed with the host in writing.
- The host or venue is responsible for the space and for any food and drinks. Have You Heard AI does not sell, serve or provide alcohol. Anyone who chooses to drink is responsible for doing so legally and safely.
Part 3 — The legal fine print
No warranties
The site, content, products and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't make promises about specific results, or that AI tools will be accurate, available or error-free. AI tools can make mistakes — always check important information yourself.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Have You Heard AI, LLC and its owners aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party tools. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please email us first — most things can be solved with a conversation.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version; purchases are covered by the terms in place when you bought.
