Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. The guide assumes zero and it's free. If you're stuck, email us — the whole point is that it's written for tired people.

Where does my family's data go?

Nowhere near us. Everything runs inside your own Google and n8n accounts. We never see your calendar, your sheets, or your kid's picture-day email.
